Albert is a Penn State graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture. He taught high school science before beginning his carreer in the insurance and financial services industy with John Hancock in 1963.

Albert is a professionally designated ChFC and CLU which he earned through extensive course study at the American College, demonstrating his commitment to knowledge in his vocation.

Albert is a registered representatives and financial advisor through FSC Securities Corporation, a leader in the financial services industry.

Albert holds a Series 7, Series 65, and Series 63 securities licenses. He also has full lines of authority as Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance producer in the state of Pennsylvania, New York, & Florida.

Albert is an active member of his community and has been involved with various community service projects in his lifetime. In recent years, he has been deeply involved with the Tunkhannock Rotary Club and has served the club's in many capacities, including its President.

Albert is married to his wife, Sheila of 30+ years and has six children and eight grandchildren.
